Tommy has worked in recruitment for close to 20 years. He started out working in the publishing industry for Informa as a Marketing Executive and then moved into IT recruitment. An opportunity came along to work for an HR consultancy where he ended up managing the recruitment practice. A values led recruiter, he has always sought to give his clients exceptional value. He has recruited across IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Facilities Management, Senior Appointments, Sales and Customer Services. His primary area of expertise is in the field of HR.
