With all of this in mind, we offer a service that allows our clients to pick the elements of the recruitment process that they need. Essentially we have created an adhoc RPO service that you can use as and when you need to.

You only pay for the services that you use and if you find more than one candidate that you want to hire from the process, you don't pay any additional fees.

Advertise your role from £450...

As a recruitment business that buys advertising in bulk, we can take a brief, write a great advert (that you can sign off) and place it with the best advertising partners for much less that you would otherwise pay. Typically we can save you in excess of £1000 on placing the same advertising yourself. We don't charge per hire for this service so if you find more than one candidate that you want to hire from this process, you only pay one fee. For low level roles we typically charge £450 per advert. For more experienced and specialist hires the fee is likely to be closer to £800. All applications will be sent to you for consideration unless you ask us to manage the selection process for you...

Hopefully our fantastic adverts will see you inundated with great applications. If you do not have the time to wade through large numbers of CVs then we can help you with this. We will sift through CVs and create a long-list of candidates that closely match your brief. We will then interview them for you and submit a list of around 5 candidates that we think that you should meet with. If you want to see how many applications you receive from the advertising before you commit to this, that is fine with us.

Headhunting for £800...

The best candidates are not always active job-seekers that apply to adverts. The best person for your job may not be actively looking for a new role. They need to be told that a great new opportunity is waiting for them and that is where we come in. We will trawl LinkedIn and various databases to find people that are a great match for your role. Many executive search organisations charge upwards of 30% of salary for senior hires. With our service you can find the best talent for much less.
